Welcome to Rivaprecision.com! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our return policy carefully:

Return Timeframes:

  • Manufacturer's Defect: Return within 30 days for a full refund.
  • Other Reasons: Return within 14 days for a full refund.
  • After 14 Days: Returns after 14 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • After 30 Days: Unfortunately, returns are not accepted after 30 days.

How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at info@rivaprecision.com within the specified timeframe, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us at:

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days.
Please note, we'll refund the value of the item(s) returned but cannot refund original shipping costs.

Store Credit Option:
Convert your refund amount into store credit for future purchases on Rivaprecision.com. Just let us know before processing your refund.

Damages and Issues:
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we'll exchange the item(s) at no additional cost.

Exchanges:
Direct exchanges are not available. Please follow the return process outlined above, and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Restocking Fees:
Remember, returns between 15-30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Cancellations Before Shipment:
Email us at info@rivaprecision.com with your cancellation request before your order is shipped.

Scope:
This policy applies to white label items purchased through Rivaprecision.com and does not extend to special order items or contract jewelry manufacturing items.
